How often do I need an EICR?
Domestic owner-occupied properties should be tested every 10 years. Rental properties require an EICR every 5 years — this has been mandatory since 2020.
Do you install EV chargers?
Yes. We are approved installers for Zappi, Wallbox and other manufacturers. Every installation includes a full survey of your existing supply, earthing and consumer unit.
